Sous Chef is the secondary kitchen to Modern Day Cuisine. From the pictures you can see the archway leading you directly into this beautiful space. Our Lancaster Design team created an extension of the main kitchen for prep to be done behind the scenes. This kitchen lacks for nothing and is often where the Sous Chef can be found.
